We welcome back local historian Glen who has visited 149 parishes and chapelries of Pembrokeshire during 9 months of 2017. He is giving us an illustrated talk of part of his 200 mile trek with historical and heritage information of selected parishes.

Glen has always provided entertaining and informative talks and his recent venture through our county promises for another interesting evening!

The Fishguard Folk Singers!

These fundraisers are making a welcome return to bring us songs of the sea, folk melodies and seasonal ditties.

Their visits are always a great success,..so we're doing it again!

A Fish 'n' Chip supper, with options, will be available at just £5. Bar open as usual including real ale on tap from the local Mantle brewery!

The Work of the National Trust in North Pembrokeshire

James Roden

James Roden, National Trust Area Ranger for the North Pembrokeshire coast, will be joining us to talk about his role and the work of the National Trust in North Pembrokeshire. James will discuss the Trust’s renewed focus on nature conservation and how this will be implemented in Pembrokeshire, as well as the challenges of ensuring that recreational use of the coast is sustainable.

June 12: We'll discuss "Le grand Meaulnes" by Alan Fournier, also translated as "The Lost Estate."
